NoTalk is a headless engagement platform. We minimize data collection and aim for self-hostability where you own your data.

What we collect

• Account data: username, email, roles.
• Connection data: account IDs, phone numbers you connect, QR session metadata.
• Messages & media: proxied to your backend/database; not used for ads.
• Usage: billing counters, API logs.

How we use it

To operate accounts, deliver the API/MCP/Copilot/Autopilot you enable, and bill per /api/v1/billing. We do not sell data.

Storage & retention

Hosted notalk.app stores data per plan retention. Self-hosted: you control Postgres/SQLite. Delete an account to remove its session and associated data.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, export. Contact support. For self-hosted, manage directly in your DB.
